MEDICAL FACILITIES
MEDICAL FACILITIES IN THE HOSTEL PREMISES:
The Hostel management has its own medical centre at Manipal Bus Stop (Life Care Clinic and Pharmacy).A resident DOCTOR is 24 hours available on the premises. In case any student requires MEDICAL attention, he/she must immediately inform the Caretaker/Warden.
The student will be given due attention in the form of proper MEDICAL CARE and taken to the HOSPITAL if required. The caretakers will call up and inform the Hostel Management who will inform the parents/guardians.

Rooms will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis after the full payment of Hostel fees. Allocation of the rooms will be done through online or Cash. For those who are not able to get through the online access, a provision for such assistance will be available in the hostel during the room allocation.
Foreign / NRI students may reserve their rooms while submitting their application forms. Reservation will be based on their registration for the course with the admissions office. Foreign/NRI students will be required to submit a self-attested photocopy of their passport along with their visa and relevant documents e.g. Form C)(Including Manipal University Jaipur ID Card)
Students are required to bring two passport-size photograph and a printed copy of the online payment registration receipt
Allotment made to a student is subject to cancellation if he fails to occupy the room in the prescribed time. Students will also forfeit their rooms if they fail to clear all their hostel dues before the due date. In such cases, they will be asked to vacate the hostel.
Hostel accommodation is allotted purely on the condition that the student agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the hostel.
The Warden / Hostel management reserves the right to break open rooms in case of any violation of hostel rules, suspected unlawful activities or on the basis of security risk perceived
CHANGE OF ROOM
Students must occupy rooms specifically allotted to them. They are not allowed to change rooms except with the written permission of the Hostel Management
Application of change of room to the Hostel Office will be permitted only after one month of room allocation as per availability and allowed only one time with a valid reason
Hostel Management has full discretion on allotment and change of rooms at anytime
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Complete safety and security of students are ensured by the Hostel Management.
If a hostel resident student wants to vacate the hostel for any reason, their parents have to submit a written consent letter to the Hostel Management
The Hostel In & Out time will be communicated by the Warden’s Office through notices or email.
